QA/QC Introduction

All goods are under the ISO9001 system strictly. During our 14 years' manufacturing history, there is no any quality accident.

Our QC staff is composed of skilled workers, and our QC system covers all stages of production from the material to the finished products. In addition, we also conduct random check and inspections on products before packing.

Procedures/testing details:
1) Purchase raw material and other materials from reliable supplier
2) Strict inspection: no inferior products allowed
3) Strict control of work flow
4) Finished products go through strict quality inspection before dispatch
5) Adapt the test equipment such as fabric tester, weight tester and so on to assure the quality of products
